PART 1：Standard Onboard Evaporator Replacement Workflow

After vessel entry and boarding formalities, our technicians inspect the evaporator and confirm the repair plan with the ship’s team.

Upon shipowner’s confirmation, our personnel board the vessel to dismantle and remove the old evaporator.

A new custom evaporator is manufactured strictly according to the original model and dimensions.

After production, we complete customs declaration, transportation, hoisting and professional onboard installation.

The new evaporator includes bolt fastening, heater fixing, copper pipe routing and welding, ready for system testing.

Nitrogen charging and pressure holding tests are done to check all welding points for leakage, with repeated confirmation of zero pressure drop.

After nitrogen discharge, full vacuum pumping is performed. 40 kg refrigerant is charged for overall system commissioning with crew support.
