Deck crane repair & maintenance

Our deck crane services are supervised by an experienced crane technician director, who has decades of hands-on experience solving all types of deck crane issues. With deep expertise in the field, he can even diagnose abnormal motor conditions by sound alone.

We work with all major crane brands, including Mitsubishi, Kawasaki, MacGregor and IHI. Our services cover the full lifecycle of your crane, from routine inspections and troubleshooting, to gearbox dismantling, wire rope renewal, limit switch adjustment and spare parts supply.

We also offer advanced services such as crane redesign, including electrical circuit and hydraulic piping modification, as well as hydraulic pump and motor reinstallation. Backed by our in-house workshop, we provide OEM production of standard parts, delivering cost-effective components that match the service life of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts.

Deck cranes are the primary equipment for cargo handling in port, making their reliability critical to vessel operations. Over years of crane maintenance work, we have witnessed how small, neglected issues — such as low hydraulic oil levels, worn brake bands, or insufficient gearbox oil — can escalate into serious problems. Unaddressed faults often lead to erratic crane operation, resulting in ship damage, cargo loss, and even risks to crew safety.

Guided by the principle that “prevention is better than repair”, we are committed to delivering thorough deck crane maintenance services. Beyond solving your immediate problems, we also aim to promote proper crane operation and routine maintenance best practices to ship owners, crews, and relevant personnel, helping you avoid costly downtime and safety hazards.
